Context & Objectives
Marking my first foray into the world of true luxury while at the digital agency Megalo(s), I was responsible for the digital production management of a landmark campaign for Bulgari. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the iconic B.zero1 collection, the brand launched its first-ever 100% digital campaign, moving away from traditional media to engage a global audience.
My role was to orchestrate the entire production phase, ensuring the seamless execution of a complex multi-channel ecosystem. The main objectives were to:
- Coordinate Multi-Format Production: Manage the creation and integration of high-end video content, a dedicated interactive mini-site, a mobile application, and digital display assets.
- Ensure Technical & Aesthetic Excellence: Maintain the uncompromising high standards of a luxury Maison across all digital touchpoints.
- Deliver Under Tight Deadlines: Oversee the technical production and deployment of all assets to meet the global campaign launch date.

Results & Impact
The production quality played a key role in the campaign’s massive success, setting a new digital standard for the brand. Key achievements included:
- Exceptional Traffic Performance: The digital ecosystem I helped produce attracted 700,000 unique visitors in just three months.
- Strategic Global Reach: Successfully delivered a platform that resonated globally, with 65% of all traffic coming from Asia, a priority market for Bulgari.
- Deep User Engagement: The high production value was reflected in user behavior, with visitors spending an average of over five minutes interacting with the digital experience.
- Community Growth: The campaign generated a lasting buzz and led to a significant increase in Bulgari’s official Facebook community, proving the impact of a well-executed digital-first production.
