Marking my first solo digital project management role at the Megalo(s) agency, I oversaw the digital production for the complete redesign of the e-commerce platform for Fauchon, the world-renowned French luxury gastronomy brand. My mission was to independently manage the production lifecycle and ensure the successful delivery of:
