Context & Objectives
For my first project in a digital agency at Megalo(s) in 2006, I served as an Assistant Project Manager for the Renault F1 Team. The objective was to support the rollout of "Race Control," a pioneering digital platform (racecontrol.renaultf1.com) designed to immerse fans in the 2005 Formula 1 season.
In this role, I focused on the operational delivery of high-stakes interactive content. The main objectives were to:
- Coordinate Digital Production: Assist in managing the workflow between creative and technical teams to deliver a cutting-edge "second screen" experience.
- Manage E-Content Delivery: Oversee the integration of real-time race data and interactive modules to ensure fans had access to up-to-the-minute information.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Maintain extreme rigor in a high-pressure environment where digital updates had to be perfectly synchronized with the live Grand Prix calendar.

Results & Impact
The "Race Control" platform set a new standard for sports fan engagement, blending real-time technology with premium storytelling. Key achievements included:
- Pioneering Fan Engagement: Successfully contributed to the delivery of an innovative digital hub that allowed fans to track the race with unprecedented depth, long before the rise of modern social media.
- High-Pressure Reliability: Developed a strong foundation in managing real-time digital events, ensuring the platform remained stable and content was updated instantly during global race weekends.
- Foundation for Luxury & Performance Excellence: This project established my ability to meet the uncompromising standards of world-class international brands, requiring a perfect balance between technical performance and brand image.
