Context & Objectives

While working at the digital agency Megalo(s), I was entrusted with managing their largest client account at the time: Heineken. The brand needed to establish the online presence and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel for their innovative BeerTender machine.

My mission was to lead this high-stakes, 7-figure budget project from the ground up. The main objectives were to:

  • Launch D2C Sales: Architect and build BeerTender’s very first e-commerce website.
  • Expand the Digital Footprint: Create a dedicated iPhone application to engage users on mobile.
  • Build a Community: Launch the brand's official Facebook page to foster loyalty and interact directly with consumers.
