Context & Objectives
While working at the digital agency Megalo(s), I was entrusted with managing their largest client account at the time: Heineken. The brand needed to establish the online presence and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel for their innovative BeerTender machine.
My mission was to lead this high-stakes, 7-figure budget project from the ground up. The main objectives were to:
- Launch D2C Sales: Architect and build BeerTender’s very first e-commerce website.
- Expand the Digital Footprint: Create a dedicated iPhone application to engage users on mobile.
- Build a Community: Launch the brand's official Facebook page to foster loyalty and interact directly with consumers.


Results & Impact
By orchestrating a comprehensive digital strategy, we successfully launched a multi-channel ecosystem that significantly impacted Heineken's direct sales and user engagement. Key achievements included:
- A Successful Omnichannel Launch: Delivered a seamless digital ecosystem from scratch, uniting a high-performing e-commerce platform, a mobile app, and a social media hub.
- Significant Revenue Growth: The new e-commerce site successfully unlocked a direct-to-consumer sales channel, driving substantial and measurable revenue growth for the BeerTender product line.
